The Los Angeles Lakers could have a good opportunity to trade for cam reddish considering that the Knicks are reportedly seeking two seconds round picks for cam reddish I think that reddish could be a great addition for this Lakers team.
They need Wing depth I know they went on that five-game winning streak but having some links could certainly help as the Lakers did end up losing last night they didn’t have LeBron James they didn’t have Anthony Davis but they still competed with the Denver Nuggets now let’s go ahead and let’s check out a three-team trade scenario.
Where the Lakers would not only add cam reddish but they would also add Myles Turner in this scenario the Lakers would be trading away Kendrick Nunn and a future second-round pick and the reason I don’t have them giving up two future second round picks like it was reported the Knicks would be asking is because I feel like Kendrick Nunn could be a solid rotational player for the Knicks.
If they found some minutes for him considering the fact that none has stepped up recently for the Los Angeles Lakers but maybe the Lakers would still have to give up two future seconds to get it done also the Lakers would be trading away Patrick really and Damian Jones along with their 2027 first-round pick to the Indiana Pacers and they would be getting Myles Turner on their team as well so you would add a big and you would also add another Wing player two areas of need for the Lakers and I think that this would help them out significantly defensively they would improve as a result of this in my opinion and their positional depth on the wing and at their Center position.
I think would improve significantly and the Lakers already have a lot of guards Max Christie has been playing well for them and he actually got a start in Denver last night and he dropped 14 points a good game for Max Christie he shot the ball efficiently so he could be another guy competing for guard minutes in the Lakers rotation and this could potentially clear up some for him and you would be getting another young player in cam reddish Myles Turner is also pretty young and you still have awesome Reeves out there Lonnie Walker IV who’s a younger player the Lakers could see themselves finding some young guys so they could potentially build with going into the future.
And if Myles Turner doesn’t end up getting a contract extension with the Indiana Pacers maybe they’ll look to trade him and that could provide the Lakers with an opportunity to go ahead and add Myles Turner, Turner could be a great player for the Lakers to look to add to their team when you consider the fact that Myles Turner could provide exactly what they need shot blocking and floor spacing.
He could help the Lakers out defensively he could step out and shoot the three and he would be a great fit next to Anthony Davis and allow Anthony Davis to play his preferred position of the power forward and even when Myles Turner is on the bench or not active the Lakers also have Thomas Bryant who they could go to at the Five Spot and we’ve seen that he has been absolutely great for Lakers as well so Anthony Davis probably wouldn’t see many minutes at the five which would be a good thing especially when it comes to his health hopefully we will see A.D back soon for the Lakers.
